The project „Czech Specials“ is a joint project of the Czech Tourism agency, the Association of Hotels and Restaurants and the Association of Master Chefs and Confectioners, and the aim is to present potential tourist destinations in an attractive light and to promote the Czech regions through their various culinary specialties.
Platina Restaurant & Garden is certified in the CZECH SPECIALS project and offers a seasonal menu of traditional Czech cuisine with a modern twist.
