Excellence at it's very Best
It was my wife's birthday and I wanted something really special just for the two of us. From the moment I called the Hotel Leonardo to confirm my booking I was met with the upmost courtesy and kindness, you would have thought that we were royalty. The car waiting at the airport carried us in luxury to the hotel where we were met by the General Manager and introduced to his staff. Our Junior Suite had the best view in Prague, the Castle and the Charles Bridge, and had the biggest most comfortable bed I have slept in for some time. Champagne on ice, chocolates, flowers, my wife was in heaven and so therefore was I.
We stayed for three nights and the attention to detail and the friendliness never stopped, nothing was too much trouble. The staff at the Leonardo made my wife's birthday celebration an outstanding success, and we can't thank them enough. The amazing fact is that all this luxury came at a very reasonable price, far less than you would pay for an equivelent in London or Paris, if you could find one that is.
If you do decide to stay at the Leonardo, be prepared for a treat.
If you walk in with a big smile and a friendly attitude you will feel right at home and they will respect and appreciate your politeness. Enjoy!
A top class hotel
A top class hotel with friendly staff.The rooms are clean and well furnished andtThe buffet breakfast has to be seen to be believed. All the attractions of Prague are within easy walking distanceand apart from the funicular railway we never used public transport at all.
Fantastic Hotel with lovely and helpful staff in a convenient location
A big thank you to all at the Leonardo for making our stay so memorable. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious! With a fantastic view of Charles Bridge. Food was great would recommend the summer barbecue and the breakfast which was included in the price was second to none. The hotel is in an ideal location, within walking distance to everything. And we never needed to use public transport. Even before we arrived they were very helpful, arranged a room upgrade, and an airport pick up via emails, airport pick up is a must. Have recommended the Hotel to my parents who intend to visit Prague soon and I would recommend the hotel to anyone. We plan a winter visit and would not hesitate to stay at the Hotel Leonardo. Can’t wait to go back - thank you.
Fantastic hotel
We had our wedding at Hotel Leonardo and I can't praise the hotel enough. Not only is it a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location the staff are wonderful. They could not have done more to make our wedding, and our stay, so special. I would highly recommend Hotel Leonardo to anyone visiting Prague and we would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff.

Perfect point of departure for exploring Prague's Old Town
We stayed at Hotel Leonardo for one week in July 2010 and found the hotel to be a perfect point of departure for exploring Prague's Old Town as well as Malá Strana, Josefov and the New Town. You'll find everything at a (beautiful) walking-distance. The service at the hotel is excellent, the staff is really helpful. The breakfast needs to be mentioned as well, it's superb. Our room was a "loft room", the bed and TV was upstairs. This was nice and cosy, but hot. The AC downstairs and the fan upstairs wasn't enough this really hot week with high temperatures (35 C+). The cleaning of the room could have been better; it was somewhat dusty here and there. We were also a bit disappointed that the dog Maya wasn't around. ;-)
Wonderfull Location
The greatest advantage ist the Location of Leonardo. Just a few steps from "Karsbruecke" and the old part of the city. Wonderfull river view.
Brekfast room is a bit tight but the buffet is perfect.
No wi-fi internet connetion in our room (Suite) but in the lobby.
Great modern bathroom. Bedroom antique style (a bit old fashioned)
Over all: worth a visit. We would book again.
Great hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff
The hotel was great, the rooms were very spacious and the management team have applied some very thoughtful extras that make the experience even better. The rooms are well equipped and manage to balance the need for a modern look and feel with some older pieces of furniture and decor styles that compliment the history of the location.
The food was simple, well prepared and thoughtfully presented and the staff were very pleasant, responsive and helpful.
The meeting room facilities were also very good. All members of our business pary said that they would like to return to the hotel in the future either on business or leisure.
Great hotel in a central location with 5* service
After taking my European Sales Team to Praha for a week of intensive training, I can say I was totally delighted with the choice of location and hotel. The hotel staff offer a 5* service and met our every requirement. The rooms were large and comfortable. The food was to a very high standard and the location was excellent. This is an excellent location for small business meetings, city breaks or even a romantic weekend. I hope to return soon.
Elegant Hotel with Helpful Staff
The Classic Room was larger than I expected. Room was initially very warm, which was easily resolved by adjusting the air-con. and opening a window. Staff are very helpful, and I appreciated their pick-up from and to Prague airport.
Surprising at Hotel Leonardo
This was my feelings after arriving and staying in this hotel for 7 days.
Every day I could realize something good in there. Starts with the architecture, of course... but it get's better in the room facilities. Very comfortable, quite and good size. They also have fast front desk assistance & no hesitation on service. Finally, two things remains to be remembered...the location, and the breakfast. It is one of the best I ever had in Europe!!! Surely it is my choice in the future.
